Great products and service bring them back the next time.
If you only want to sell once to everyone, perception is all that matters.
If you want to build relationships and have happy customers,
then the quality of the products and service is what matters.
However, if you have the greatest products and service in the world,
but are percceived to have poor quality and poor service,
people will choose your competitor with mediocre quality and service.
Communication is the key to raising the perception.
